I have one bottle of 30 untouched guanfacine pills (expiry date: 10/19/2024).  This drug was originally marketed for blood pressure but also doubles as a non-stimulant ADHD medication & off-label treatment for tics, anxiety disorders & PTSD.  These pills are two different brands & thus have a different appearance but both are 1 mg. and come from the same prescription bottle.  They're from a local clinic & were prescribed to me before I started stimulants.

Orilissa

This novel endometriosis drug is a GnRH antagonist that works by reducing estrogen to alleviate symptoms like severe cramping & heavy bleeding.  It's manufactured by pharma giant Abbvie & costs over $300 without insurance.  Unlike Lupron (an injection), it works by a slightly different mechanism & can be discontinued if it causes unbearable side effects.  Expires Aug. 24, 2025.

The wifey told her doctor she didn't want to try anything hormonal hoping he'd Rx pain meds but no dice.  Therefore we're stuck with a box of 28 pills of this costly medicine she's too scared to try.  Reviews are incredibly mixed, ranging from "life-changing miracle drug" to "this should be pulled from the market". Brand new, never touched & still in box (though I'll have to remove from the big box to ship).  If you'd like to try it for an incredibly low price, here's your chance!

Imvexxy

Imvexxy (estradiol 4 mcg inserts) are prescribed for vaginal dryness, which can lead to painful intercourse, vaginal atrophy & other unglamorous symptoms around the time of menopause.  These symptoms are caused by estrogen loss and as many as half (1 in 2) of menopausal women experience them.  Supplementing at the source of the problem with a medication like Imvexxy can help fight not only the symptoms but also their underlying cause.  Vaginally administered estrogen also has the benefit of preventing nausea & other gastrointestinal symptoms some women experience when taking the drugs orally.

While these samples have an expiration date of late 2023, they've been kept in a cool/dry location since I acquired them so they should retain their full potency & safety for at least another year (Oct. 31, 2025) if I had to guess.

Fluoxetine (generic for Prozac) - 20 mg and 40 mg capsules

We have endless amounts of Carafate (1g) & Prozac (20mg, 40mg).  Carafate (sucralfate) is a stomach-coating prescription drug used to treat peptic & duodenal ulcers & occasionally for treatment-resistant GERD.  Prozac (fluoxetine) is a long-acting SSRI antidepressant prescribed to treat depression, PMDD & OCD among other mental health ailments.  Prices as follows:
